Because of the handcrafted and often limited nature of our pieces, we are unfortunately unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds at this stage.
We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully, review measurements, and reach out with any questions before completing your purchase. We are always happy to assist you in making the right choice.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. We will assess the situation and work toward a fair resolution where possible.
